1. That would mean you do not have the latest theme version, this class was introduced when the post sharing settings were updated. Then I would require a link to you website f possible, so I can give you a more accurate solution.

2. It will display the ad according to the ad code, and your placement of the ad. Place it in a full row for example, and also make sure you have the ad size create properly

The theme itself does not have any options in the matter, to customize the printed version for example. There are plugins that you can try to have better control over the printed result. You could search online for such plugins

For the sharing icons, please make sure you clear all caching including browser cache.
Test from a different browser to make sure.

As for the module height, sorry but there is no simple method to have it display properly on all devices with half the size. It needs adjusting for each viewport in particular. We suggest hiring a freelancer to help out as we cannot offer a solution via the theme support.
