@flynewsgr please provide your site url or the html code that you’re using for header ad so I can inspect this closer. I have checked your website and right now there is only the ‘like’ button on both firefox and chrome. In any case, this is a known issue, we have not created the like button to support to many characters.
You can try to add this css to fix it:

Theme is not responsible for issues with Facebook sharing. This happens with all themes on both FB and G+ from time to time, regardless of theme used. You’re not paying FB to share content, so they don’t respond to support tickets. I just had this issue with one of my stories on a site not running WordPress, not using this theme, where every story shared perfectly, except the last one … all I got was box with the URL in it.

b) this issue has to do with ALL sites sharing to FB — nothing to do with the theme, as stated previously.
I have this issue all the time, but then I have a wide variety of news portals I manage and am sharing content every day of the week for many years now.

Thanks for responding, however, this is not an issue with my server. This is a new WordPress site http://akoya.in which I just put up and sharing is working perfectly on it. There are lot’s of posts on this forum which show the same issue on multiple installations.
My magazine website is depending on social media shares for viral traffic and if that is not happening then this theme is useless for me. Is there any refund policy? I have bought it a week back.

Right, I have been there. That is why I asked for clarification from you on what you suggested.
I like your theme so far and you guys have been quick with replies on the questions I asked. I am however a bit bummed that this issue has been going on for two years, as it seems, without being resolved. Makes me nervous about future. What is the issue with resolving this problem with Facebook? I have never, not once, had this issue when sharing content on Facebook from other peoples websites including WordPress sites.
Worthwhile to actually go to Facebook and read up on their “requirements” for sharing content.

I ve found that when I use Croatian language translation on newsmag theme, it places croatian text “Sviđa mi se” on the facebook like button and than a little box where says number of likes goes behind twitter button so it’s hard to see exact number. This problem ocures only on firefox and not on chrome where there is original english “Like” name.
I tried to find some social.php file in the template but no luck, I don’t know wehere to fix it.

In order to add new social media to the sharing buttons you can follow this tutorial to see how it can be done. This is for linkedin but you can use the same method to add your own social network. https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/linkedin-button/
As for the QR code, the theme has no option for it. You can maybe find a plugin that has this functionality.
These plugins are not tested but there are a bunch of them like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-qr-code-generator/ Try them out and see how they work.

This usually happens when you try to load the fonts for the icons from http and your site goes trough https. In this case appear an conflict and the resource from the requested url it’s blocked. Our theme does not control the facebook sharing but it can be controlled by seo plugins such as yoast. We have no alternative solution at the moment as we have not implemented options for it in the theme because everyone uses a seo plugin and there was no point in adding these options.

When using visual composer on posts, you cannot add content above the article top sharing as the elements will be placed inside the post content which is positioned below the article top sharing. The big grey area comes from the post template you chose (template 3) but even if you use another template, you will still not be able to set a big grid above the top sharing. You will need to alter the theme files for this.

Please make sure you use the seo yoast plugin or any other seo plugin and use the OG tag so social networks will be able to grab the proper image. Unfortunately the calendar plugin is not tested with our theme so we cannot say for sure thy this issue occurs. Please try sharing on a default post and see if the result is the same (incorrect images)

I think this would be useful. As Viber now has option to create public chats and share content, I think that I need this for site too.

I’m facing the same issue with Facebook sharing. The FB share does not pick up anything and have to use facebook debugger or click on the share button by opening the post 3-4 times. There are no additional plugins except Jetpack and SEO Yoast and FB share works perfectly on other word press sites I have on the same GoDaddy Server.

If you want to hide the Pinterest icon, you have to use a bit of CSS. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area, like this: http://screencast.com/t/m3eAvf9oJq and if you want to permanently delete the Pinterest icon, you have to remove/comment this part of code from td_module_single.php, like this: http://screencast.com/t/GzmHAS4t9EO
