Hi, I would like to hide the footer (which is a cloud template site-wide footer) from three pages on WomensGolf.com. I have tried both
.page-id-27594 .td-footer-container{
display:none;
}
and
.page-id-27594 .td-footer{
display:none;
}
in Custom CSS and in the live CSS editor (without the page id) in composer.

What am I doing wrong please?

I am using Real Estate Manager Pro plugin and am having issues with property listing photos appearing in the slideshow. When going to a property listing, the first two images appear fine but all images after that load a solid white image. If you hover it, you still get the alt text, but it just shows up in white.

I have done the following troubleshooting:

cleared all cache in WP, Server, and browser.
Deactivated all caching plugins
tested in child theme and parent theme
ran plugin testing – this is where I discovered the issue is a result of a conflict between TagDiv Composer and Real Estate Manager Pro.

When TD Composer is deactivated, everything works perfectly.

I have also ensured that all settings are set correctly including increasing PHP mem limit to 128M.

I’m having trouble getting the sidebar to show on a page I created.

Bellow is the page. I want the sidebar to show to the right.

On the page settings, I have “default sidebar” selected, but it has no effect on this page.

If I try to edit the page with TD Composer, the image bellow is what it Shows. I can’t add stuff to the right, only on top. Also, if I try to add the “sidebar widget”, it doesnt work. It only get’s added to that space that says “Empty Column”, but after that, I can’t add anything inside of it.

After updating the new version on Newspaper them, I can’t able to update Pages content via TD Composer, it showing this option http://prntscr.com/thmchw and that’s not clickable, how can I fix this?

I have successfully installed Newspaper theme on my website (mysite.com) and the site already live.

I plan to create another website for a different language version (mysite.com/ch/). I have installed the theme but unable to install tagDiv.

Error as below shown.

This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://mysite.com/ch/wp-admin/themes.php?page=td_plugins&plugin=td-composer&plugin_name=tagDiv+Composer&plugin_source=tagDiv+Composer&tgmpa-install=install-plugin&return_url=td_theme_plugins&tgmpa-nonce=322ccf26d3 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Do i need to buy the theme again for new site?

Hi, yesterday I upgraded to version 10. I have been using your theme for three years and I have never encountered such big problems as in this version. We have a very high CPU overhead. The server often fails and blocks the site.

We did all the tests removing plugins and more: but we noticed that if we disable the Div Cloud Library everything goes back to “normal”. Moral I have a completely excluded site because I can’t finish the construction and one that keeps crashing and both block activities on the server.
The monitor query plugin has identified three errors which are given by Cloud Library and TD Composer while in between queries lens 80% are from Td composer.

A wordpress e-mail has also arrived where he talks about a fatal error:
“… In this case, WordPress encountered an error with one of your plugins, tagDiv Standard Pack.”

I understand that there is more than one problem with this version. But it is also possible to downgrade …

Is it possible to have a solution that can solve the problem?

I have tried several times to deactivate TD Composer as I prefer WP Bakery. Every time I deactivate it, it brings my site down and I get the error “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”

I’m looking to disable the non-desktop responsive version of my site. I’ll be using AMP for mobile version and I don’t want [tablet mode] or [mobile mode] within TD Composer.

I have checked all of my requirements, and the system is compatible. But when I try to edit my homepage through TD composer, a popup says, “content not created by tagdiv.”

The site is working, I can post articles and navigate, but when trying to edit a page, I have no access.

I’ve installed the Health & Fitness Demo that is available through Newspaper10, however when I try to find a single post template in the Cloud Templates, I see none that match the Health & Fitness demo, only the Fitness Pro demo. Are the demo layouts not even available in Cloud Templates? Additionally, you cannot edit the Demo post in TD Composer. Please help me understand what I am missing, and where.

A delete icon is displayed for content that has an element, but I do not know how to delete it only with the Empty Innner Colum.

This is probably perilously close to a dev request and I apologize for that.

The situation is that I’m working on optimizing a site with 80,000+ posts (adding around 100 a day). The site owner wants to have ‘recent posts’ on the footer of every page. I’m using the default flex block, and when we run tests it overloads the SQL server.

We were able to track it down to exactly one thing from td-composer (2.6 | built on 17.06.2020 8:12)

class td_data_source, static function shortcode_to_args

If I add 'no_found_rows' => true to this:


$wp_query_args = array(
'ignore_sticky_posts' => 1,
'post_status' => 'publish'
);


then the SQL queries are much gentler and don’t crash. However this conflicts with pagination (which is likely why you don’t have it coded in there).

I believe a sustainable correction would be to check if there’s pagination enabled (since you can disable it in the blocks) and if NOT, to set that argument for WP_Query. That would enable everyone to improve speed without negatively impacting anything like pagination.

I am editing a page using TD Composer and I keep receiving this error message: “Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue.”.

I am simply using the Default page template, and all I have added is one element – a text element, and it is giving me errors for no reason. Can you please let me know what the issue is?

When I am adding elements to a page using the TD Composer, it is causing my page title and breadcrumbs to disappear.

For example, this page I have not added any content to yet: http://50.17.140.182/fun-stuff/

This page WAS showing the page title, and as soon as I added content it removed the page title and breadcrumbs: http://50.17.140.182/de-research/
