Hey, so you added more social network like “telegram” to the theme with the update 8.7.2 but if i hoover the social icon it is just white.
In the old version i added the telegram with the custom code

Increase all the system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please make a new theme installed and update all the plugins to the latest version of it with the version which comes bundled with the theme core file.

The composer does not have a scroll bar by default, we might add one in a future update.
This time system asked me to update the child theme, not the main one, is this normal? All the modifications that I did are gone now…. Is this the way that a child theme should work? I mean, the child theme has disappeared. Can I use the last backup of the child theme as a child theme or should it be also updated?

– improvement: improved tagDiv composer selection mask. New colors and better ui, now the controls are outside of the selection mask, this allows better selection for small items.
– improvement: wp-admin performance issue. We optimized the composer to load only what’s needed and where is needed. Wp-admin speed should greatly improve.
– improvement: huge speed improvemnts in tagDiv composer editor. We did a full memory consumption audit for tagDiv Composer and we fixed a few memory leaks.
– improvement: we removed unneded confirmations from tagDiv composer. For example when the content of the page was not changed and a user wanted to close the composer.
– improvement: when closing tagDiv Composer you will be redirected to the previeous page instead of the default edit page. We found that this provides a better user experience
– improvement: tagDiv composer now has a new color picker script that is a lot faster then the old one. The same color picker is used on the widgets.
– improvement: we added a couple of new social icons that are available on the top bar and footer of the site

The most recommended update method would be by FTP. Update the theme plugins as well (deactivate and remove, then reinstall from latest theme package).
Note that in version 8 of the theme, the tagDiv composer was introduced. This composer will be activated by default when the theme is updated or installed. In order to use it all the pages have to be recreated with it. Or you can continue using Visual composer for the moment, and make the transition when you want, if you want. More about it here

Simply by being active the tagDiv composer could cause issues to pages built with Visual composer, containing Visual composer elements. So you could disable the tagDiv composer for the moment and there will be no problem.
Also a multi-purpose plugin was introduced, this adds many more elements and options to the tagDiv composer only

There are currently some issues with the latest version of the theme, these happen only in certain circumstances. A theme update is scheduled as soon as possible (certainly this week). So you could consider waiting for theme version 8.7.2 to be released before updating.

Try deactivating plugins and test again only with theme plugins active. There will be an update released in the coming days (today or tomorrow hopefully). This will fix some issues which are happening in the current version (8.7.1) for some users. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Hi, I hope this is where I can get some help with this issue!
When updating the plugin along with the theme on our development site, it all seemed to work fine, however the classes set before were lost and a seemingly random id is set instead. Therefore the page actually doesn’t look as it should.
When going to edit page, it looks fine, but even after updating it it doesn’t seem it wants to acknowledge my columns and layout…

We are aware of the issues with the AMP plugin, mainly the inline CSS styles and the important tag usage in the AMP stylesheet. These will be fixed in the coming theme update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

That method sometimes works others not, it is not reliable based on user feedback. The best methods remain either WordPress update, or the highly recommended and most used FTP method. So try to use one of these two methods for the best results.
