I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.

Make sure you change the font for every element, clear all the cache and see the results. Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure you use the latest update of the theme and plugins.

If you only nee to display the title in front for the subtitle on your website then the mentioned changes in code files will be the most easy to do and you’ll not interfere with the database. I think that you have malware on the website. Please update the theme to the latest version 12.6.5.
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, reinstalling the theme, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.

We’re encountering a frustrating issue on our website. Recently, we’ve encountered an unexpected roadblock: we can’t access the editor anymore. Instead of loading properly, it throws a 403 error in the console, making it impossible for us to carry out essential tasks.
The exact error message we’re seeing is: GET https://www.xxx.de/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/var/www/vhosts/xxx.de/httpdocs/ 403 (Forbidden)
It functioned smoothly until 1-2 days ago. We did not do any major updates or new installations.
Maillite don’t have a html code so isn’t impossible insert the newletters, mailchimp html produce a new page so i supposed the plug in must have updated.
The divi newsletters tag plugin is not updated and does not allow you to connect a news letter to mailite as far as mailchimp is concerned, however if I copy the html code and try to subscribe to the form it directs me to the mailchimp page
I think there is a bug with last update. “to the top” button it doesnot work and it appeare above top bar

Do you have a backup? You shouldn’t lose the design after an update. But you can lose the design if you install a demo. You should use a cloud template in order to be able to customize them in the tagdiv composer.
