After WordPress’s last update there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.

Unfortunately the front-end editor of VC does not work with our theme so we deactivated it. Only the back-end editing is possible. You do not have to buy the plugin as we provide it freely with our theme. It prompted you to buy it but you did not have to as we will provide updates to the plugin after we test them out. We recommend using the version bundled with the theme.

We are not aware of any categories to go missing from the homepage after the update. Please make sure you have not changed anything else or installed a plugin between the time this worked and the time it stopped working. Please make sure you use the latest version of visual composer (4.11.2) and then deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files to rule out a plugin conflict. Maybe your events plugin is not compatible with the new version of visual composer.
I’m not sure where you got the code you showed but if it’s the plugin implementation instructions, then you need to follow their advice and add it where the plugin specifies it. We cannot help in this matter as we cannot offer support for plugin implementation.

Hi,
If there are problems when activating the child theme, it means that you probably have customization that does not apply to your version of the theme or that the child theme was not updated properly. Please recreate your child theme by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-support/ and re-add your customization to the new files you add to your child theme. A child theme is not update proof. Files must be replaced there as well if they were modified in a theme update.

The activation message which appear can be ignored. It seems they added this message in the current version but we cannot provide a license key as the plugin is a free version bundled with the theme. We will provide updates to it so you will not nerd any activation key to use it.

@Rukielnino We certainly plan to extend the theme flexibility in the future updates. I’ve added your suggestions on our list and when the time comes our developers will consider it. This may take some time because we have a long implementation list and we take them one by one. However we don’t plan to implement any membership feature for the moment. We may change our mint in future but I can’t promise anything.

The effect you are seeing is resolved by the solutions I posted above. Either increase your loading speed following the guide I provided or modify the colors directly inside the style.css file. There is no other alternative. If you say that this error did not occur 2 weeks ago, please revert any changes made since then (but we have no reports of the theme update or the new version of WP to cause this)

First of all, please ensure that this kind of issue does not come from your untested plugins which are using on your side. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Please ensure that you have the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2). we updated last friday to wordpress 4.5 Newspaper 6.7.1 and visual composer 4.11.2 all plugin to the newest version and from then the admin, posting and uploading is painfully slow?

Hi everyone! So I recently updated some of my plugins and for some reason the images in my blog is not displaying. I deactivated the plugins to see if that interfered with the images but it still doesn’t show. I was told that it can’t be my hosting company, so any ideas or advice given will be greatly appreciated!

1.- download your theme from the downloads page: http://themeforest.net/downloads
