I checked the website, and now this looks ok. Did you manage to resolve the problem?
If wordpress is updated to the latest version, I will recommend to also updating the theme and the theme plugins. First, make a full backup and after that update the theme and all plugins you are currently use, you can see the theme under Newspaper > plugins shttps://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Hi,
While on the editor the design is as it should, the front looks broken (the slider is empty and the rest of the design is broken, with missing styles. It is as if some styles are not loading but no error on the console).
I’ve saved the tempalte again, even recreated motos from scratch, cleared cache, wp-rocket, cloudflare and server again but same result.
I’ve even disabled wp-rocket and deleted server cache and cloudflare and still the same issue.
Sometimes on save I get an error while savind the post content: wp-json/td-composer/save_post?uuid=… gets canceled after 10s. BUt even when it saves the content, sometimes id does, it still doens’t apply the corect design on the front page.

I am using the latest theme version: 12.7.3
wordpress v 6.8.3
all used plugins are updated.
I need help fast please, since this is been like this the whole mornming and we’re out of options…

Yeahp, i rolled back and it works just fine (cant use the SEO PRO versión cause its only compatible with latest version, but doesnt change much and its a matter of time the fix the update. Thanks!
They replied you asking if after updating Rank Math the problem persist. But the problem IS the rank math update realeased today, it has nothing to do with wordpress update jajaa
I have put it up in Rankmath support let’s see what they come up with.
Yeahp, same issue, cant keep it disabled cause manages all SEO. Hope someone reports to RankMath people and launch a new update . Only solution posible.
Its now wordpress its Rank Math, it launched an update 5 hs ago and breaks the theme.

I am using the Newspaper theme along with the Opt-In Builder Subscriptions plugin, and I would like to integrate an additional custom payment method besides the existing ones (Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe).
I would like to ask:
Does the plugin currently provide any hooks or filters that allow developers to register a new payment method?
If not, would it be possible to add such hooks/filters in a future update so the payment system can be extended safely without modifying the core files?
Alternatively, is there any recommended or supported way to inject a custom payment gateway into the subscription checkout workflow?
Any guidance or documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, after i updated the plugin Rank Math the big grids of my site broke. It has happen before a couple of months ago, it get fixed after a new update the next day, but i think you reported it to the plugin developers because all of newspaper users get the same problem that time. If i disable rank math the problem gets fixed but as soon as the plugin is on the site breaks. If there is anything we can do to use rank math and avoid the problem, please let me know. Thanks.
Same here, flex grids and various other blocks are suddenly not working. Not what you want when running an active news website. Will we be notified of an update?
Yes, same problem can be seen on other friends websites. Many have moved away from Newspaper theme. Not enough updates are coming out from NewsPaper makers TagDiv, 2-3 years ago they used to quickly solve issues and bug fixes and push out new updates for the themes, which were modern and new features were brought. They are not keeping up with the times and a lot of features like infinite loading with ads are not working. “Read more” feature on the article page was also to be brought, but never came.
Now the LCP, FCP and CLS of the theme are also going high, resulting in revenue and viewer loss.
Even after using top-end cache paid cache plugins, the newspaper theme is very, very outdated and heavy. Hope they fix things and make the theme lighter in regulations with Google Pagespeeds insights.

Today I did a WordPress update to 6.9. Since my site doesnt work at the Homepage. The desktop Version is running but with a lot of issues and the mobile version is just blanc. Here u see also a mobil error As i see, the error is only on the startpage/homepage. Here is the site I am talking about https://gastroportal.at/

I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.
WordPress sometimes disables other plugins during updates to avoid conflicts, so that may have been the cause.

I just updated WordPress to version 6.9, and all images inserted through TagDiv Composer no longer appear. They display correctly in the editor, but they are no longer visible on the front end.
Ok, I reactivated the plugins and it seems ok now. It was a bit scary to start with. Could you make sure that wordpress updates don’t reset all Newsletter theme, and don’t deactivate all Newsletter plugins?
All Newsletter plug-ins got deactivated, the design was lost after updating to WordPress 6.9.
What can I do?

tours-uk is now configured as a WP Multisite to allow for live and staging on an AWS Lightsail instance configured exactly the same as my other wp/newsletter projects which do not have this wp-editor hanging issue as I have sent evidence of before.
I would suggest you run tests of the dev site as I have suppliers/partners currently reviewing the live site.
Have you updated the domains on the licence as asked?
