As I reported at WordPress.com we cannot go back on the wordpress version.
On this platform some areas are controlled by hosting [Wordpress (6.0), PHP (8.1.6), Jetpack, server, database, Yoast among others], which is great for us, but these updates are automatic and irreversible.
We have already sent you the access to our staging.
So, we’ll wait for the update.
Thank you for your attention and patience. Your theme, and your team, are fantastic – which I don’t think you are told here often enough.
it happened after wordpress new update
Hello,
@trebol30, if you have a problem with column text we are working on a fix, if you have problems with the mega menu, after the update to WordPress version 6.0 then please reinstall the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
Our developers are working for a fix and if I remember correctly today or at least Monday the fix will be in tests, therefore I believe that the next week will be a theme update that will resolve that situation.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
We are currently working on a fix for this problem, we will let you know when it is resolved.
For the moment, if you can roll back to 5.9.3, you can use a plugin called wp downgrade -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-jquery-is-not-defined/
Currently, version 11.5 is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
We will also add fixes for any issues that arise, with the latest version of WordPress in the next theme update.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,
Please make sure the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is updated and activated.
Those shortcodes and the error are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Please also, make a general announcement, I am sure more people will experience the same problem after they update to WP 6.0
Same here, waiting for a quick fix – we can’t downgrade back to WP 6.0 either – since we already performed a lot of updates in this version of WordPress.
This also happened to our site after the latest update. The only plugin I have that isn’t tagdiv is yoast. Had to reinstall and activate all tagdiv plugins
Hello,
I have a problem with the display of the menu when I am in development mode. It does not show the elements that hang from each tab and only those that do not have submenus work.
Also, floating elements like the menu and blocks (both sticky) don’t show up with the TagDiv visual composer when they always have. I have not changed anything, it was from your last update.
Here is a demo https://www.loom.com/share/536d4665656a4cffb8fd991754e4d5e3
Both things, I repeat in the development version and not the frontend where they do work if I am not connected to WordPress, they are detrimental when working.
I hope your help, please don’t say the same old thing (we’ll talk to our developers), as this is not correct if you can’t tell me what’s wrong, I need you to go and fix it.
Yes, I updated it recently. If so, should I downgrade it? After the update, I modified a lot of things. What should I do?

Hi,
I am getting problems with the Tagdiv Composer plugin. Recently my website was showing 504 error as shown in the image below. So when I renamed the file of this plugin from the file manager of my server then the site became normal as shown in the image below. SO I thought that it would be a problem with this version of the plugin so I updated this plugin from the Newspaper Theme manager. But still, after the updated version is installed my website was again down and was showing 504 error.
Now, what should I do?
Please reply asap…

Can’t edit my post and page since last wordpress update. A blank screen appears… I’ve installed wp downgrade plugin and I switched for 4.9.3.. The issue is still here even if I clear cache…
Waiting for your return

Hello!
This query is on the list and we will update the documentation with the new interface also as soon as possible. You can use the help from WPML guide, but please check the guide with the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
For nofollow an option will be introduced whether you want it or not to have it, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/outgoing-internal-links-contain-nofollow-attribute-after-the-last-update/
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the date of the next update is not yet set.
Yes, you need to roll back to 5.9.3, you can use a plugin called wp downgrade -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-jquery-is-not-defined/
We do not currently recommend the most recent version of WordPress.
Thank you for understanding!

Hello muktipolice,
Did you updated the WordPress to v6? If yes, then this is the problem. In the last WordPress version appeared a few bugs, one of them is related to the column text and text with title elements.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just discovered code already in the theme that accomplishes exactly what I am looking for, but it has been commented out by your team.
wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common
/**
* on composer iframe and on templates that do not have posts we show the no posts message
* @see td_page_generator::no_posts() - this function generates the __td('No posts to display').
* the text can be overwritten by the template using the global @see td_global::$custom_no_posts_message
*/
//if ( tdc_state::is_live_editor_ajax() || tdc_state::is_live_editor_iframe() ) {
//$buffy .= td_page_generator::no_posts();
//} else {
//$offset = intval($this->get_att('offset'));
//if ( $offset === 0 ) {
//$buffy .= td_page_generator::no_posts();
//}
//}
Lines 1717 – 1724.
When uncommented, this block shows the “No posts” message as expected.
Is this intentionally commented out or was it a mistake?
I would like a way to preserve my update of uncommenting it so that I don’t have to re-do it during the next theme update.
Please let me know if this is possible.
Thank you,
Patrick

Final question — I am trying to use a child theme to avoid losing the custom work every time I update WordPress/the Newspaper theme.
I have tried the following file structures and none of them seem to work:
- wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/modules
- wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/includes/modules
- wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/td-cloud-library/modules
How do I modify wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_loop.php, tdb_module_loop_2.php, and
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block.php in the child theme?

At this time, I cannot edit pages. I cannot add new pages to my site. I assume that this the same for everyone who upgrade to WP 6.0.
Do we roll-back to a 5.9 version? What do you suggest I do so that I can do work here ?
Thank you.
Just an update.
I have tried these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
but it does not help.
Hello,
tonight my wordpress updated itself to version 6.0. I have disabled auto-updates now, but since the update I have a problem with the WP Editor in the tagdiv composer. When I try to update the HTML content of a component such as “Text with title”, the spinner doesn’t stop and the console log prints this error:

To complicate things more, today I have changed the website domain too and I can’t change it back, this website is in production now, so I don’t know if the problem is caused by the WP update or by the domain change.
Thanks to anyone able to help
