Hi – I updated the theme today and none of my featured images are showing. All gray boxes. Using standard single template #7. Please advise – same plugins as always. Just updated the theme.
When i try to add a column text to a page, it does to display the content on the page. This occured after the latest newspaper update. The same happens with the “Title with text” object. Can tagDiv look in to this? It will help me a lot with the creation of my website.

how do i edit the header image for inner pages?
I updated the header for the home page but on all my blog posts and inner pages it still shows the original header.
Do i have to set the header image for every blog post manually?
I have already searched the entire forum, but unfortunately have not yet found a solution to my problem:
1: I would like to create a custom template for festival live blogging that updates itself every 60 seconds. Template has been created – how can I now force the post to “refresh” independently? Is there any custom CSS for that?
2: Alternatively, I would like to insert a “Refresh” button on the page, which jumps to the top of the blog post. Unfortunately, in the td-composer I find no way to set an anchor link or something. How can I do that?

Are you saying I don’t need any div tags if ad code is auto? A lot of guidance (a manual, an updated ad guide page from Newspaper?) is needed here. I am spending hours doing a survey of various ad placements and will report in spreadsheet. Content is suffering needless to say. So much for easy Newspaper and editors get on with the content or some such Newspaper promotional slogan…
I recently updated to the latest version of the Newspaper theme, and connected my client’s Instagram account via the Instagram Account Access Configuration section of the Social Networks dropdown on the theme panel in WordPress. However, there are 6 recent Instagram photos that are not showing up in the feed on the homepage. Please advise! The website is cannabizmd.com.
This also has been some kind of issue for me. Sure, i could go over every font-setting and change every panel to my font. But this does feel a little senseless^^
Also, I wondered why there is no way to upload woff2, ttf or otf files along with the custom woff font file. I mean, loading time is better with woff2 and also it’s an absolute standard approach to load more than the woff file for browser compatibility…
Is this going to be a new feature in a future update?
I agree with him. @Calin: We just want a simple search with sliding animation and no ajax requests. There are so many sites with same functionality, so you should consider this in the next update.

That did the trick. I was able to re-activate the theme and now I can’t actually see the update from this to that bar.

You just need to play with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library (https://tagdiv.com/what-is-the-cloud-library/), there are a lot of things that you can do once that you learn how to use it, also the changes made in theme files will be lost when you’ll update the theme, because not all the files from the them can be set in a child theme.
Now I do not want to say that you can achieve everything, but you can achieve almost everything you want.
For example there are individual elements that can be adjusted in pages (is not like you’ll have an html page and you can change it in code), for example on this path you can find a part of the elements that are use in tagDiv Composer -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes

I’ve tried uploading the plugin via the wordpress site and app. Updates keep on failing.

I have tried everything now – I just can’t get this to work.
I did activate the theme when I got it, but it doesn’t work at all.
I have tried deactivating all plugins without any results, I have been in the root files and looking for wrong permissions, but nothing.
Everything on my site works, I have access to all site and can do what ever I want, but not update the theme.
When I click activate, then I get the “sorry….” page.
You named it as an opportunity that my installation was due to a piratkey – https://imgur.com/rxh5yEs – I can send you the code if you want to check it, because this is just ridiculous.
Can you please give me a fix for this problem. I have tried all your guides, it doesn’t work.
If you can’t help me fix this, do you then know if I can delete the theme, upload it again, i then all the changes etc. i made would still be there… ?
Please respond fast… It annoys me so much to pay for something that doesn’t work as intended.

It shows “The update process could not be completed because your newsletter theme license key is not yet active”.
When I clicked the active theme from the update page, it was shown as “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.
Now what can I do for it ??

Ok, I read it and found a similar problem. But if you remember, My desktop search box is not working too. Which means it is something related to the theme update.
@Pratiek: Same problem!!! And worst is we don’t know if it will work in the next update if we fix the issue. With every update, we have to fix something.

Please note that updates are not covered by the support team. Also updating from Newspaper 7 to latest, 10.3.5 will require design modifications since there have been a lot of changes.

Our Theme background and also Header background have disappeared. In Theme Panel I can see the uploads are still there, but they are not visible when viewing our site.
No updates have been done recently. everything was fine last night and this morning, we have only a white background overall!
