Hi,

I am trying to update 3 sites of mine that are on Newspaper 10 to the Newspaper 10.3.4. I’ve spent a lot of time on it to get the layout just right. But everytime I try to update them, they break and the layout gets messed up and I have to Jetpack roll back the sites to undo them.

Would you guys please be able to update the sites for me without breaking all the layout? Because then it should auto update from there because you guys introduced a theme updater (thank god, I’ve wanted this for so long) and I should never have this problem again.

I had a similar problem when moving from Newspaper 9 to 10.

I use the responsive options in WP Bakery for the columns to control the content that I want to be seen on desktop vs mobile, however after upgrading the theme from 8.5 to 10, this isn’t working now. I sent a support ticket to WP Bakery thinking the issue was probably with them, but they took a look at it and tell me it’s because of a customization you all have made to WP Bakery for the theme that’s causing the issue. We have updated Newsmag theme to latest version.

All went well. We are experiencing a good speed.
Also Tagdiv composer is an excellent composer for adding various elements to page/post.

We are facing only one issue with tagdiv composer. One of our plugin page does not work if tagdiv composer is enabled. Once disabled plugin page functions works fine.

We got support from plugin developer and he gave following code to be added so it strips some sections on the page. We added it to function.php of Newsmag child theme .Still It did not work.

Please let us know how can we make it work.

all pages related to plugin is not working.

Also once we disable tagdiv composer these pages works fine.

I installed theme , entered my purchase code but while trying to install demos , it says error ,
1- Check WP_DEBUG is set to false.
2- Make sure your update folder have enough permissions.
3- Contact customer support to give you new purchase code.
as i checked above issues and found WP_DEBUG is already set to false and update folder in cpanel have every permission it needs, so i’m contacting customer support please give me solution for my problem.

I just purchased your theme and I keep getting these two error messages after I activated your theme. I was trying to get an update and these are the two screens I get although it says in the system that it was already activated. I can’t get updates!

Once I click on “activate theme,” it takes me to a page that says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” BUT, I already activated it, so I don’t know why it’s giving me this error.

Please help! This shouldn’t be doing this. I love your theme and already spent many hours building the site. Thanks.

Hi, I’ve created some custom post types and custom fields.

How to render those fields on the article page? Is there any theme feature that can help on that? If not, what is the page in which should apply php code changes? (avoiding issues in case of theme updates)

Hi

I noticed a file called patch_10.3.2_10.3.4 in the latest Newspaper update.

Do I have to upload the entire theme or can I just replace these files?
