Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

All the settings made in our theme are saved in database, the only settings that will not be save are these made in theme files.

Please note that when you make a theme update, you’ll need to update the theme plugin and activate theme manually, this is an envato requirement (Updating the Core of the tagDiv Themes for Envato WordPress Requirements).

my website has totally started to act weird as of some recent update.
I had to re-enter my license key, My header won’t load the image. the footer is messed up too. I had to re-enable thumbnails in the blocks due to an error appearing on the homepage asking me to enable them for some reason, I had to re-enable my custom CSS code. Please help! how can I get back to a few days ago?
I am totally out of the loop, the website hasn’t been maintained for a long time, It’s meant to just sit there and do very little.

I’m having problems with the youtube playlist again via id’s mode. Some time ago I had a problem and you told me to update the template and insert the API key.
I had done it and it worked properly. Today I realized that the site despite having the YOU tube KEY API inserted (they were already stored before) no longer shows the playlist (https://prnt.sc/rrq205) even if I delete all the ids and put only one it works! (https://prnt.sc/rrq2nn – https://prnt.sc/rrq3aw)
No updates have been made to any plugins. The template is updated to the latest version (the theme automatically made me do the latest update automatically). As you can see from the control panel of the theme, the api keys are inserted correctly (https://prnt.sc/rrq44l).
I cannot provide you with the login credentials to the site in private because the company has authorized only me.
If they are necessary, you must kindly provide me with a document to be completed for authorization.

My website devenirbilingue.com has bad speed results. I’ll probably deactivate the Standard Pack after removing all the dependencies. However, I’m wondering if there is an issue with Jetpack which will remain a problem after the update and changes. Jetpack could also be responsible for some blurry images sometimes.
So my question are:
Should I remove Jetpack? If yes, which plugins can replace it?
Are there some plugins (like a cache plugin or security essential plugins) that have been tested with Newspaper and that you recommend?

On the dashboard under the newspaper tabs I do not have a updates tab, when I updated i downloaded the latest newspaper from theme forest then deleted the newspaper theme installed the new theme – as per the instructions on there website. then when i went to the site all i got was a lot of code on the page and no layout.
I have missed some of the updates could that be the issue?

I have updated to the latest version of WordPress & Newspaper theme, but I am now experiencing the following issues:
1. On AMP pages, clicking on the hamburger doesn’t bring up the menu. Instead the message ‘click here to use the wp menu builder’ (this worked previous to update)
2. From Dashboard > Newspaper > Plugins … AMP plugging has the green Activate button showing (clicking it doesn’t change anything). Although on the Dashboard > Plugins > it shows as active.

Unfortunately for the moment there is no option for this, is possible if you are not using a Pro demo and you have only standard blocks not flex to use the settings from theme, panel, but these will not apply on all elements, only on few -> https://i.imgur.com/JpETfzi.png but on flex and cloud templates will not apply, sorry fore the inconvenience!
From what I know there will be add in our this kind of option in coming updates.
