I have bought Newsmag4 theme from your side and installed on WordPress 4.9.6. I have encountered some problems like below;
1. There is no slider as shown when we are buying theme. There were many different homepage visuals but, when i install , i can not see them.
2. We can see content visuals at the home page but when we click it we can not see images in opening page.

3. When i make gallery in text mode i can see images but if i choose 3 image in same line, one of them goes down.

4. When i click images in gallery , they are shown in big size but i can not go next and can not close the image.

5. I can not see sidebar at the home page when i click content.

1)Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ You can provide some screenshots of the problem.
2)Your homepage seems to work as expected, without any problems, together with your images.
3,4)I have inspected your console and I saw that you have some errors through it. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Also, ensure that you have correctly setup the TagDiv Gallery according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-slider-gallery/

I can not make mega menu.
Because, As your described in the NEWSMAG documentation, do not have the option to “Make this a category Mega menu “.

Try to reinstall the theme via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

The number of Twitter followers on the main page appears to be 0 (zero). Other social media follower numbers are normal.

You should update the theme to the latest version of it. Also, if the problem is still there after this, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.

Yes, the website looking fast in google inside test. But its very slow in real.

About H1, H2 and H3 tags; i dont have enough experience about software. When we enter new to wordpress news content , it should choose automatically tags. I want that system.
