I recently purchased the Newspaper – News & WooCommerce WordPress Theme from your platform and selected the “Installable WordPress File Only” option when downloading the theme. However, I am encountering an issue during the installation process on my WordPress site.
Here is a summary of the problem:
After successfully uploading the theme to WordPress, I received a confirmation that it was installed.
When I navigate to the list of available themes under Appearance > Themes, I cannot find the Newspaper theme to activate it.
I’ve double-checked that I used the correct file from the download, but I am unsure how to proceed further.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue as quickly as possible?

How did you ‘install’ ?
Two options
(1) FTP (e.g., Filezilla) — unzip, upload folder only for theme to your wordpress theme folder; make sure you don’t have a folder inside folder
(2) upload via WP built-in install theme, using the zip file from the download
Install a WordPress theme from a . zip file
Sign in to WordPress.
In the left-side menu, select Appearance and then Themes.
Select Add New.
Select Upload Theme.
Select Choose File.
Locate and select the theme . zip file on your local computer and then select Open.
Select Install Now.
Once installed it will be showin in the list of themes you can activate.

Did you try to install it and received this error message, “ERROR: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”? If yes, you are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items
