It seems that header ads is fixed to 720*90. Because I inserted ad code in header ad section in theme panel->ads but When I visiting my site the ads is shrink to 720*90. I also saw another site using newspaper theme and on that site bigger size ads are displaying in header section. What to do so that adsense show ads according to device.

Why your theme is fixing ads size to 720*90. You should change the theme so that google decide ad size.
Hi ritutiwa, usually the situation that you have (with fixed ads size) it happens when you are using a standard header from tagDiv Standard Pack. If you get a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you’ll be able to adjust it after your needs and make it as bigger or smaller that you want using tagDiv Composer and ad box element -> https://i.imgur.com/AAcKQe0.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
