Hi,
Please provide some more details about how exactly did you test these links and what is the purpose of testing them. The theme welcome page is accessible only from the backend, from the theme provided section. That is the case for the themes section of WordPress. These would only be visible by admin roles as well.

Just to inform you that the 404 is resolved and is not caused by theme, but is from my hosting provider. They have clear the matter today.

I’m installing using envato market plugin.
After finished setting up token, then the theme able to be installed.
Then, here some error i found.
After that, when activating the theme by inserting registration key, some page got error.
Admin
1. Newspaper
Newspaper > Welcome
3. Appearance
Appearance > Themes
3. Envato Market Plugin
All these links will redirect to error 404.
Already check the requirement. I’m using PHP 7.2 and all php.ini file been set.
So there was a problem during the theme install. Please try installing the theme either by WordPress or FTP, those methods would be more reliable

In case there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access and also FTP if possible. Mention what were the problems you encountered when installing the theme.

Ok my problem is now solved.
The problem is caused by mod_security in my Cpanel. I tunred it off and all these page are not error anymore. But have to re-upload again via ftp and all error page are now gone. It is cause by hosting provider. SOLVED
