1. I publish about 5 stories a day. Instead of the most recent showing, I want the one marked sticky to show first.

1. Yes, I am using two flex blocks but need the first to show ONLY the latest STICKY post, not the other several posts from that day that may be posted after. The other flex block uses the offset feature.
2. I have the cloud template assigned https://prnt.sc/v4HiBBs6kO5v to Durant Hugo https://vypeplusok.com/category/durant-hugo/ but it does not affect categories with no template assigned such as https://vypeplusok.com/category/players-to-watch/

2. You set it global, but it won’t assign automatically for the posts which have assigned the default templates. Please access the category on your frontend and assign the template from here: https://prnt.sc/XhTASiElJz8Q
