I have find this issue many times in news paper theme that I have used for my website please help me out.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
