When I tried accessing my website, I received the HTTP 500 error. I contacted the company that hosts my website. They said something is wrong with my theme. They changed my theme and my website is back up. I paid for the Newspaper theme. What can I do to prevent this from happening again?

Hello,
The errors seem to be related to the mobile theme files. Please make sure the file structure is intact. Please remove your current theme install and use one of these 2 methods to install the new version of the theme. Download the theme again from envato and use that package to install the theme:

Please also make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files as plugin conflicts can also affect the theme elements.
Also please make sure you update visual composer. You need version 4.12 installed for the latest theme version to work properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thank you!
