Please make sure that you are using the full size of image in your galleries; also make sure that your images from media library are big enough.

Im sure that i’m using the full size of image in your galleries. Also i’m sure that my images from media library are big enough. I use the media gallery from the classic element 🙁

This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
