Im hoping that someone could help me with my issue. Ive been working on getting my site complete. Ive moved my theme from AF Theme to your theme. I was able to activate a template theme and use it on my current site. However I noticed a issue with trying to get the filters to work with some of the categories that I already was using on my old theme. And without this category being in the filters my post doesn’t automatically popularity correctly . I did notice that my main categories do show up in tending area if my site which I used on my front page. When I try and type in these categories in let say tags it doesnt pull up the trending topics at all. Im trying to figure out why i cant pull them up in the filter. Also i noticed when it days by category my trending categories that have all my post in them do not show up there or nether has it been assigned a ID … Any help in solving this would help. Also the arrow up thats located at the bottle right i noticed that i cant seem to find were to change the color. I tried adding the coding to css but then for some reason it makes the arrow go away… Just to let you know the area that im referring to is located when you click on element then filter when I look thru the filter it is missing my trending categories and I need to be able to include them so that I can get the front page to automatically populate

Hello @calw252!
If you use a cloud/PRO demo, then you should be able to edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer, click on the elements and check the settings from the left side.
Please check out our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

If you use default templates, then the settings are in the theme panel.
Make sure the block has no offset: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/
More information about flex block settings you can find here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Thank you for you reply… I do recall reading the information about the filter part under the flex block setting. However, I’m trying to find out the issue as to why 7 or 8 of my categories was not assigned a post ID automatically. When I click on the filter part and go down to the category, I view the categories that have post ID by them. This allows you to set that area of blocks to that pacific category. However, before I changed over to your theme. I believe I had like 8 or 9 main categories. They are as following: TECHNOLOGY, FINANCIAL, SCIENCE & NATURE SPORTS, SOCCER,FOOTBALL,BITCOIN,ENTERTAINMENT,BASKETBALL
When you go in the category area under the post area in the dashboard area I can search these categories above. Click on them and I see all of the post in them.
However, when I go to your filter section… I select from the drop down menu… Let say I try and put in like Football. Those post are suppose to pull in that block area.. However, when I put it in, let say I go in the filter section and I try and pull in the post wanting to use like by category. In that section there is a drop down that shows category with ID. When I choose even one of the categories that is like there. I noticed that those post are not pulling into the block. Now when I scroll down and search for the above categories. I noticed that they are not there under that section. And they haven’t been assigned an ID. When I go into Theme panel. I noticed that there is no way to add in the category or assign a ID to it. So how do I fix this so that I can pull in all my post that are sitting in the above categories and have them showing on my front page by the above categories section. My front page showed be able to show the above categories post but for some reason when I try and set the categories in the filter it is not pulling in these categories post. When I select all categories it is showing all of my post but Im trying to break them back up by categories
So what I’m seeing it appears to be some issues with the filter feature under the flex box area.
Hello @calw252!
I’m not sure which filter you used and on which page. The flex block has special filters as well that are working on special pages. Please provide a video so I can fully understand where the issue is.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Ive taken a few videos to show you what I was talking about in regards to the filter. I also took a video showing one of my main categories let say Football. In that category there are like 1500 post . When I go and try to put the category in the filter football pulls up but it showing articles but its not changing to new articles because it appears that its some how not connecting with the full category football. When you try to pull it in the drop down of categories there appears to be a issue when using that because nothing is pulling up in the filter. When go to the actual category area, there are articles there when you click the category. The category pages shows up showing all the articles and then the new articles. Not sure as to why there seems to be some clitches when I populated the theme. I didn’t populate the demo material so all of my categories should have been pulled into the new theme. However, it appears that some how my main categories were left out of creating like a ID or having its on category pulling in the filter on the front page of the chosen theme

please let me know once you have the video …

Hello @calw252!
You can use only one filter, not two. I mean, if you use the filter from the dropdown, then you shouldn’t write the category soccer. Also, I think your categories are written like this: “soccer” and not capitalized. You use so many filters in the same time.
Thank you!
