Hello
I am trying to override the global category settings for a specific category but I am unable to locate the 6 available category header templates
I am trying to follow the available guidance about this from the user documentation and I am in Newspaper > Theme Panel > categories but no luck.
Take a look at the screenshot of what I am able to see from my side.

Hello @amare!
In your screenshot, you can see all your categories with the template which is assigned on each category. You can let a category template global, and then you can change it from the theme panel a new template from that list for a special category(or directly from the front end by accessing every category). If you do not see any list there when you click on that arrow, then this means you did not install any new cloud template for your categories from the Cloud templates.

Hello
Thank you very much for the support and for the links you have provided me.
I have followed the exact steps as it has been stated in the link, I have created a category theme from the cloud library and I have applied Category Template Center – Pro for one of my category but the changes is not shown the Global theme is the one shown.
I am on one of the category page > Category Template – I have selected Center PRO but the actual theme shown is that of the default one.
Take a look at the screen shot
Hello @amare!
The global template can be checked by you and it should be only one selected. Global setting means that will apply on all your categories. But, if you want to select a template only for one category, than you can select the category like in your screenshot and this template will apply only on that category Art in your case. If you want the template Center PRO to be on all your categories, then please check the option global for that template(in that square).
Thank you!
I am completely on the same page with you. I have done that I have changed the layout for the Category ART in my case.
Unfortunately is is not changing the layout of the art category, that is the problem in my case.
I have imported the category layout, I have applied the imported layout for the category Art from the theme layout feature, I have saved it and I have cleared the cache of the website several times unfortunately it is not applying the change.
Do you mind taking a look at the issue if i provided you with the user login details.
Hello @amare!
Yes, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello @amare!
You can achieve this with a sticky row, sticky position: bottom. These settings can be seen if you click on the row, General tab: https://prnt.sc/nEQwsZBRKSv7
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello
I am having a problem with my theme, I have created a mobile theme correctly and it does display when logged in and but it doesn’t sometimes show when logged out.
It sometimes shows and sometimes doesn’t show the mobile theme on mobile devices.
What exactly is the problem and how could I be able to solve the mobile theme display problem.
Hello,
This problem is caused by the cache plugin. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache if the plugin has this option
Thank you!
