Hi. I’ve installed the Mobile Theme Plugin, but homepage mobile not shows the ‘predefined mobile’ page but just the same desktop page, like if no mobile plugin were installed. I’m using WP Super Cache following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. I’m also using Cloudflare and MaxCDN and, yes, a few plugins.
Thanks.
Hello mmeida,
What do you mean through ‘predefined mobile’? Please provide more details about your problem, also, provide your website URL so I can take a closer look and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. You can provide some useful screenshots with your problem.
Thanks for the message!
Hi, Catalin. Yo can see it at https://mmeida.com. It’s my desktop homepage and as you can see it shows the mobile theme, not the desktop theme.

Hello mmeida,
I have inspected your website and you are using the Mobile Theme for your mobile mode and it seems to work as properly!
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
Thanks for your understanding!
No, the problem is not knowing the operation of the theme, but how to make it work in an environment with cache other than WP Super Cache. Super Cache is a very poor plugin compared to the rest. I have solved it by making some adjustments in CloudFlare and installing WP Rocket, which allows different caches for the desktop and for the mobile. I’ve sacrificed some speed, but at least now themes do not cross from mobile to desktop and desktop to mobile.
Thanks.
I have same problem. My website is eusouandroid.co
I don’t use Rocket.
I use FastCGi Cache in my server.
User access desktop and see theme mobile. Very user report this.

Thanks for the Help mmelda. I don’t use this plugin, but I will install and test.

You could be more specific, I tried to solve the problems but I did not succeed. I also looked for articles on the internet, but nothing specific for my case.
Pedro, take a look at this article. It’s about WPTouch WP Mobile Plugin, but it helps me with TagDiv Mobile Plugin too:

Thank you for your help. But my case is different. 80% of my users are mobile, that is, I want the cache to stay for them, only for the desktop that does not. It would be the reverse process.
Hello Pedro,
The WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thanks for the help, but I use fastCGI cache, and I do not see easy option for this.
Thank you all. I deactivated FastCGI and activated Wp Sper Cache. Now is how the server will respond to this change of cache and hope not to appear the mobile without desktop and the desktop without mobile.

When I activated the mobile theme, the homepage worked, but the posts did not. I get error 500. I disabled the mobile plugin and it worked. What do I do?
Hello pedroarmindo1,
Do you have added the fix for WP Super cache which I gave you above? -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gbu7QWXwX
Thanks for the message!
I fix.
1 – I uninstalled WP Super Cache
2 – I uninstalled the Mobile Theme
3 – I installed and configured WP Super Cache
4 – I updated the theme to 7.7
5 – I installed and activated the mobile theme.
