I am having a problem with my theme, I have created a mobile theme correctly and it does display when logged in and but it doesn’t sometimes show when logged out.
It sometimes shows and sometimes doesn’t show the mobile theme on mobile devices.
What exactly is the problem and how could I be able to solve the mobile theme display problem.

I have received your previous support email, I have taken the necessary steps according to your previous suggestions but there is no change. I have removed all previous cache plugins and installed the cache recommended for this theme.
The mobile theme doesn’t load correctly, the actual mobile theme wouldn’t load take a look at the screen shots below.

its showing the desktop version of the theme rather than the mobile theme set.

You can’t design the mobile theme templates, because with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
