Try checking your database. It’s not the theme. I thought it was the theme before checking my database.
Cpanel > phpmyadmin. I would check the ‘options’ table to see if any plugin is causing a bloated database.

Is possible to save from my website all post,media images,ect? for reintall fresh wordpress and install theme and import only post? but i want clean with dfault plugins only like your demo? because i had indexed about 10k link on google and i don’t want lost of course
