One more question. What is mega menu and what can I do with it in the menu setting?

Please try to organize your requests in separate topics so we can better identify exactly what it is you are facing. 1. I’m not sure what the letter J does to your category page. You will have to provide more details. Please create a new topic with that specific issue.
2. The footer menu is created in the wordpress menus section. Basically you create a new menu and name it whatever you want. Then assign it to the footer in the theme panel.

3. It seems you are lacking basic wordpress knowledege. The theme support is not here to teach you how to use wordpress. Please read the wordpress documentation https://codex.wordpress.org/
there are also lots of online tutorials you can find with video tutorials.
