Hi everyone,
I’ve tested my site through Pagespeed insights and I have 12 CSS files that are blocking the conversion of the content.
After some research I found that the best way is to create a critical css for each one of these files. The major problem is that I do not know where to start. All tutorials I find on the Internet is for html versions. There are some plugins but they cause errors in this Theme. Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
You will need to optimize your install a bit. First by following these guides:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
And for the page speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
A note on the speedbooster plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve done it yesterday with JS and CSS files and had no change.
For JS files I found a plugin called “WP deferred javaScript” and works beautifully with this theme. My problem is the CSS. I find no reliable plugin and tagdiv tutorial simply doesn’t work.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Have you tried adding the css to speedbooster? (section 5.2) and to make sure your speedbooster is not deactivated due to a plugin? you can see the speedbooster status in the system status screen: http://screencast.com/t/gzu8dgoZe8 it should say it’s active.
Thanks.
Yes, I tried yesterday. Unfortunately speed booster is disabled due to a plugin. But this plugin is very important on my website and it is impossible to uninstall it. There is another way to activate the speed booster? Manually!
Thanks in advance.
Please read the topic I posted above to see how you can force speedbooster to work with all plugins: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Thanks.
I added all the files one by one to the speed booster and removed the incompatibility script and is now active, but unfortunately the css files were not moved. Something is wrong!
Hi,
Please make sure you added the files to speedbooster as the guide suggests. Please note that this is for advanced users and we cannot do it for you. The guide shows exactly the steps needed for this. if you cannot do it, we suggest you get someone to help you out as we cannot do it for you. We can only guide you in the right direction, and since the guide already explains exactly what to do , step by step, there is little we can add to that. Please follow step 5 closely and make sure you did not skip any steps.
Thank you!
