However, after the update, my Home page got mangled and all I could see were Td_block entries with some strings of letters and numbers.

That shortcodes that you have on your website are because one of the theme plugins is not installed and activate, in this case I think it is the tagDiv Standard Pack, please go in Newspaper > plugins and install it from there.

On top of your suggestion, it also required updating manually installing the td-composer plugin.
After this, all is working O.K
I have the same error. But I can’t reactivate my Tabdiv composer
and receiving this error.

I think this problem is caused because the install was not done correctly, please make sure your theme and plugins are updated correctly, also, you can try to reinstall the theme and plugins
