Hi:
I’m using Newspaper 10.2. I cannot get the TD Composer to work on any page. When I go to open it, there’s a blank white page, which freezes and doesn’t work.
Please tell me how to fix this.
I tried updating the TV Composer plugins on the website and they failed. Please let me know if I deactivate these plugins and reupload, will this harm my website and lose information and change the current look of the website.
I do not want to mess with the look of my website right now with the active templates. So I’m not sure what to do.
Also how do I update to 10.3.7, as I am using 10.2 Newspaper?
Everything was working fine this past 2020, but now I need to continue to make updates.

Make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you are using WpBakery plugin, then you need to uninstall it and do this transition for Tagdiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
