Hello friends, from yesterday to today TagDiv Composer stopped working suddenly for no reason.
When you try to edit any page or even a new page, it tries to load, however it enters infinite loading, without opening the visual composer editor blocks.
In the inspect Chrome browser console function, the following error appears:

Remember that I tried everything, accessed through several browsers, disabled all the plugins and even tried to go back to the previous version of Newspaper, but nothing worked.
The only thing different that I remember doing yesterday, before the problem, was to test the new function to save sections (shortcodes, rows) the templates, to use them on other pages. However, I do not know if this may have influenced the error.

The first thing to try would be plugins, you already tried that. The next would be the theme system status

Ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters according top the guide. Check if this has any effect. Try the composer on a new page and see if it works properly. If there is still a problem please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.

Yes, I’ve tried all these steps. The Theme Status is all according to the necessary parameters. I disabled all the plugins and even downgraded to the previous version of the Newspaper, but nothing worked to reestablish the TagDiv Composer.
The only clue is that error that appears which I reported to you in the opening of this topic.

I hope I can reach tagdiv this way. I’m on wordpress.com and use your theme: Newspaper 8.7 the composer now stopped working and infinitely loading when i try to change something. I really like the theme’s aestethic and don’t want to change themes.

@stijnleblansch So the composer worked before and now it will not function correctly. It would be important that you use the latest theme version (8.7.4) and also latest plugin versions (the tagDiv composer is now 2.3). Your website seems to be redirecting here

There were many improvements made in the theme and also the composer over the last few updates.
First try to use the composer on a new page, to see if it is something specific to one or a few pages, or something more general.
Most important are the allocated resources. These can be seen in the theme system status panel

If those parameters are not set according to the requirements, there could be problems. If possible and if needed increase them, or contact the hosting to increase them. Then check if the problem is solved.
In quite a few cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer loading problems, you could give them a try if possible
