Is there a way I can link you to the website in private? Unless these tickets can only be seen by the ticket starter and staff.

Under modules, all I’m finding is the td_module_single.php template via admin panel. Would I have to look for it via FTP and edit it there instead?
Hi,
I know there is CSS for it in the style.css file, but there is more CSS for it right above the footer in the source HTML code. I’m looking for that location. I’ve already found the CSS from style.css. There is more that’s generated above the footer HTML.
Also, do you know anything about the ads question I mentioned above?
Thanks!
Actually, I do not believe I’m seeing that menu. The most I see is Customize -> Additional CSS from the left-hand sidebar.
So that area is blank.
Let me be a bit more specific.. where can I find this class from the template?
.td-header-sp-logo
It’s in the CSS file and raw HTML between style tags.
Also, assuming this isn’t a plugin, where can I find the code for banner ads that appear right below a featured image in a template?
Hi again,
I couldn’t locate the CSS from that file either.
Where can I find: Custom Code -> Advanced CSS?
I do not need to remove all. I just need to edit some out for now that I do not want. Can you tell me where I can edit it?
Thanks!
This was resolved when we updated the theme again, you guys never sent out an update notice through the wordpress panel. Problem now resolved, thanks.
We have added new breakpoints in the past with no luck. Just tried again, this time with screenshots to show you what is going on. Dimensions are in upper right:
1150px wide, looks good:

1151px wide, reverts to prior style:

1152px wide, looks good:

Code specifically says 1151px, and all styles are !important, but still get overwritten

Any ideas?
We have tried these things and they are set correctly, and we cannot give you access, so how do we move forward from here?
I want to remove some CSS at the bottom of the page globally. Right above <footer> there is jQuery and for some reason, style tags with a bunch of CSS. This is where I want to remove some of the CSS.
So far, it appears there may still be problems with it and support is not being helpful.
I’d like to send you either screenshots or URL to better explain what is happening, but I don’t want to put either of those in a public ticket.
I did this and it didn’t fix anything.
The files I replaced this with looked to be the same ones I downloaded — all of this has occurred over the last few days, so it should be the most recent version regardless.
