Hello all,

We are providing full support for the theme and we are trying to provide the latest version of the pagebuilder plugin.

We just switched to the a newer version of visual composer (when wp 3.9 came out) and from now on we can provide a newer version of the plugin easily. Before it was not possible because we used a custom built visual composer.

I will set up a system here so we can push the latest version of visual composer faster… sorry for the delay but it’s something new to us and I forgot to monitor that plugin 😐 .

also please note that the size is per device… so if you load your site on a tablet or small screen like the one in the screenshot, the theme will load the tablet portrait banner size. Basically the adsense is responsive.

Only via custom css (add it in the css panel of the theme):

padding-bottom:30px;
}

@bhaa if you have error logging enabled, you can find a file named errorlog usually in one of the folders in the root of your ftp directory. If you give me ftp access I can try to retrieve it. contact@tagdiv.com – also are you using a caching plugin?

@nusagrunge and @anastasios – are you using a caching plugin? are you using a properly configured server? For example a stock vps from some of the hosting providers do not come with good default configurations for wordpress.

@anastasios – I see that you are no longer using our theme 😐 – even with the current theme your server seems to be running with configurations that are not so good http://screencast.com/t/RQrRiDhv please enable compression and make sure that you have php opcache .

I can hide your name / post count or I can add some kind of badge just let me know. Where did they find your phone number? I can remove your sites from the posts or something.

I also took a look at the resizing issue with wordpress and currently there is no easy solution. I would go with timthumb but envato doesn’t allow it. Also most code that doesn’t use the wordpress api is considered bad practice by envato.

Hi,

there where two people out of all of our clients that had problems with traffic. One of them did not use the same tracking code and experience a change in traffic pattern (the tracking probably used a different time interval for unique visitors). For the other one we did not find the cause but the site was a small site and we did not got analytic access to analyze it.

I take every SEO problem very serious and for each change or problem I study a lot to take the best decision. In general we are very heavily based on yoast’s guidelines https://yoast.com/ (from my opinion he is the best in wp seo).

sorry for the delay. The slider is built like that due to resources constraints on mobile. It keeps the same number of slides but only shows two posts on mobile. We will search for a solution for this.
