Visual Composer -> General Settings -> Role Manager -> Post Type to Custom and Check posts.

You need to add video id not playlist id. As far as I know it doesn’t support playlist id’s. You can use YouTube plugin by EmbedPlus Team for your use case.

@Navito Facebook Pixel is used for tracking the traffic on your site by FB for reporting conversion of your FB ad campaigns or for getting traffic data to retarget them.

It was probably hard coded by your developer in the theme file.

I don’t need the refund. The Chinese Character issue was because your theme was not picking up icon files and after a lot of changes to .httacess file, php settings and trying various plugins I found out that as it was caused after I made the update to the theme, it’s something related to that. Instead of updating theme via Envato way from within WordPress, I deleted theme files and replaced them with the new theme files. The issue was resolved.

The Facebook sharing issue which you again don’t agree is your theme related was gone when I was using the Facebook Comments plugin. Apparently it was updating the OG tags which your theme fails to do so. When I removed that plugin, the issue is back again. This means I cannot use the automatic post to facebook page option of WordPress unless I have clicked on Share button 3-4 times or used Facebook debugger link.

The multiple Youtube Videos played at same time in Smart List issue looks like has been fixed.

All future updates for the theme should be available even if you don’t opt for Extended Support on TF. So the question is will you stop forum access for users after 6 months?

I don’t see why you should charge for resolving issues arising due to bugs in your theme. I haven’t even got a single satisfactory answer from your side for those issues.

It’s your theme isn’t it? Why don’t you own that anything can be wrong with it?

First it was FB sharing issue which only occurs in your theme, rest every theme I use on the same server works fine with FB sharing. And now all of sudden after your last update these Chinese characters have started appearing. I don’t use CDN bu Jetpack because it is not compatible with your themes list feature.

I will try this version of the code and monitor the site for next 48 hours. As much as I love the theme, these bugs make it difficult to run a website which is solely dependent on traffic.

Don’t remove it, comment this part in the php file.

I would suggest disabling Jetpack.

Use this page to scrape new information for the posts till the issue is not resolved: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

If after deactivating Jetpack issue is not resolved, install P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler) and find out which plugin is taking the most time. Disable that plugin and check again.

This issue occurs when FB is not able to get information about the page in first 10 seconds. It will not update the information and new scrape has to be performed.

I’m struggling with the same issue. My site information is picked up only after first FB share click.

Thanks for responding, however, this is not an issue with my server. This is a new WordPress site http://akoya.in which I just put up and sharing is working perfectly on it. There are lot’s of posts on this forum which show the same issue on multiple installations.

My magazine website is depending on social media shares for viral traffic and if that is not happening then this theme is useless for me. Is there any refund policy? I have bought it a week back.

Alin, how do we download the premium sliders in revolution slider 5? Or is it not supported.

I’m facing the same issue with Facebook sharing. The FB share does not pick up anything and have to use facebook debugger or click on the share button by opening the post 3-4 times. There are no additional plugins except Jetpack and SEO Yoast and FB share works perfectly on other word press sites I have on the same GoDaddy Server.

The plugin shows up as not activated but you can still create sliders. Haven’t been able to dowload the premium sliders though.

You mean registration? As per tagDiv documentation, the plugin does not need registration. But I would also like to know how to download the premium sliders as we are limited to only two sliders which came with the zip file of the theme.

The revolution slider 5 plugin is included in the zip file you download for the Newspaper theme. You will locate this in the folder Newspaper-tf. Here look for plugins folder and then revolution_slider_5.

If you downloaded it in your C:\Download folder then the path will be like this:

C:\Download\themeforest-12345-newspaper\Newspaper-tf\plugins\revolution_slider_5
