I have a dark blue background with white text on a row. The sitewide bg colour is white. so when my page loads I get a horrible looking flash of a huge block of white. For whatever reason, the block below which also has a coloured background loads faster than the row above, making it look even worse. Please take a look and you will see what I mean:

For whatever reason, this is not working for my Instagram username. If I change it to another in the theme settings then it works. Then if I change it back to my name then it stops working again. Cache and transients cleared… Whats going on?

So how do I turn off the delayed background load on a per row basis? It doesn’t work in my case and instead makes the theme appear to load slowly and clunky.

I need a solution for this please

Can you explain the steps I need to do in order to do it myself then please. I have tried some of the methods in older posts where people have asked the same thing but they didn’t seem to work (maybe things have changed in the latest release).

Figured it out. I had to clear theme bg color to allow the row to stretch properly…

Did you ever find out how to stretch the body rows to true full screen like the header and footer? Seems like a pretty obvious setting for people to want to be able to change but I cant see it anywhere in the settings.

Ive tried doing it within the row css but that doesnt stretch the row background to full screen at all.

Fixed: if you too are getting a blank screen when trying to use tagDiv composer, add this to your htaccess file:

SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M

that hasnt fixed the problem. I am doing all this from a staging environment. is there something else i need to know??

Thanks for the support Mokana. This update process is a shambles. Sloppy coding to have to do things is such a manner. Feels like stepping on eggshells and at any moment the theme system will break. Also, I’m not even updating. I’m just trying to install this damn theme that i’ve paid a lot for, and its costing me way more in time wasted. bahhh, *disgruntled customer.

I think I must be missing something… I’ve updated to the latest release but am now getting the blank dashboard when trying to use the tagDiv editor. At least it’s letting me get further than before… but still I’m unable to build pages…

I too would love the download link to an older version if that will allow me to do some work.

I only just bought the theme today so not particularly impressed so far. Lost a whole day trying to work around this blank dashboard error.
