You might be looking at the cache version of the website, I can provide you with the login username and password so that you could take a look at the problem for yourself.

I have received your previous support email, I have taken the necessary steps according to your previous suggestions but there is no change. I have removed all previous cache plugins and installed the cache recommended for this theme.

The mobile theme doesn’t load correctly, the actual mobile theme wouldn’t load take a look at the screen shots below.

its showing the desktop version of the theme rather than the mobile theme set.

I am having a problem with my theme, I have created a mobile theme correctly and it does display when logged in and but it doesn’t sometimes show when logged out.

It sometimes shows and sometimes doesn’t show the mobile theme on mobile devices.

What exactly is the problem and how could I be able to solve the mobile theme display problem.

My issue is a bit different, I am having a problem on desktop browsers, I am unable to change category templates.

I don’t think its related to settings, because I have followed the steps correctly but no luck so far

I have provided the forum link, username passwords for the site and FTP credentials so that you could take a look at

Hello I have setup the settings correctly b/c the theme for a single post is working without any problem I am only facing this issue on categories.

I tried to change the theme from the front side as the screenshot shows but that feature is not available take a look at this :-https://imgur.com/a/CFUEeYb.

I am completely on the same page with you. I have done that I have changed the layout for the Category ART in my case.

Unfortunately is is not changing the layout of the art category, that is the problem in my case.

I have imported the category layout, I have applied the imported layout for the category Art from the theme layout feature, I have saved it and I have cleared the cache of the website several times unfortunately it is not applying the change.

Do you mind taking a look at the issue if i provided you with the user login details.

Thank you very much for the support and for the links you have provided me.

I have followed the exact steps as it has been stated in the link, I have created a category theme from the cloud library and I have applied Category Template Center – Pro for one of my category but the changes is not shown the Global theme is the one shown.

I am on one of the category page > Category Template – I have selected Center PRO but the actual theme shown is that of the default one.
