I understand your reply, what I don’t understand is why the system uploads tdm_pic_1…9 about 10 times a day. My client’s library is full of placeholder images. I have multi-purpose plugin active but I don’t deactivate and reactivate neither delete the images from the media library. How can I stop those annoying uploads?

Hi, sorry my english. I’m using WP-Rocket for a few months with other themes without problems (and yes, it’s the best cache plugin) but with Newspaper we encountered problems. Now we are using WP Super Cache as suggested by TagDiv.
