I think you refer at Royal Slider plugin, and in that case we can say for sure how will work, because we didn’t make any test, the plugin may have some issues. You can try deactivate all plugins except from Visual Composer and see how the site will work, if the problem is still there please provide a link and more detail.

Hi

If you want to modify the footer content you have to select a footer template between Style 6, 7 8 or 9.
The others have predfined content and can’t be changed.

The second issue happens because of the speed booster plugin which moves the css and java script files at the end of the page and it take a few milliseconds until are executed causing this.

To work around this you could also try and make the color changes directly into theme’s style file so the your design loads by default avoid this colors glimpse.

By default the theme can’t do that, but is possible with custom css (Theme Panel-> Custom Css) like in this example http://screencast.com/t/B4fBu9TIrro

For the Header Style: Default this code will work:

  background-repeat: no-repeat;

}

I am not sure what you mean, but if you want to place the ad on left side and on the right side an image, on the same line, that is not possible, the theme can handle that.
For more info please provide a link and more details.
