We didn’t received such reports so far and we’re not aware what could cause this issue. Try to deactivate all plugins, clear all caches then test the site again. You can also test this with a default wp-theme and check how it goes.
Current Version of Visual Composer is 4.11.2 and can be found in theme’s patch which is now available on themeforest. I’ve checked your site and seems that Work Sans font is set from theme panel for all elements. The theme don’t have an option which will set the same font size for all elements so you can try to change the font only for one module or block title and check how it goes. Also try to clear all caches, purge the cdn then test the site again.

The category tag is chosen like so:
– if there is a primary category selected for that post that category will be displayed.
– if the post don’t have a primary category the theme will display the first category in alphabetical order. For example if the post have Golf and Tenis categories the theme will display Golf as category tag.

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again. Also male sure that the parameters from system status have the parameters indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This issue may also be caused by some firewall from the server which block’s theme’s request for that thumb. Try to contact your host provider and ask him if on the server are any restrictions or firewalls which may prevent importing content from external sources.

We din’t tested wp-rocket plugin with our theme and we can’t guarantee that it will work fine. From our reports some of the plugin’s features, like page caching works fine, but some of them like css/js minification are known to create issues with our theme.

The difference appear because the settings from theme panel are not imported. on our demo many options are made from theme panel, not via custom css. You can either to import travel demo without content or re-create the layout, changing fonts and colors from theme panel.

The Events Calendar plugin is not tested with our theme an I can’t say for sure what could cause this error. Unfortunately time does not allow us to provide plugin implementation support so if you really want to use this plugin and you still can’t manage to solve this issue my advice isto hire a freelancer to help you with implementation.
