The same problem exists on my other website.
I think the problem is with your plugin.
Likewise when I try to add “Hero Element” it waits like this;

Yes I disabled other plugins before updating.

After reviewing it, I noticed that the problem occurred when I tried to add “Hero Element”. Also the same issue occurs when I rearrange the page by disabling all other plugins.
