Hi,

Unfortunately they’re still experiencing the problem. Is there a way that we can get the Newspaper theme Version 11.3.1 and we can revert to it because I believe they were not experiencing the current issue on that version.

Is there a way I can send you logins so that you can check this?

This is now super urgent.

Hi Calin,
When we try access the website, we receive an error which says “error establishing connection to database”. Our hosting company investigated the problem and found that there was an SQL query that was running for a long period of time, after checking the query log, we found the below query to be the cause;
UPDATE bbrief_posts SET post_password = ’66be93e212c65df81744′, post_modified_gmt = ‘2019-02-27 09:0.
We wanted to know which plugin in the website is running this query.

Kind regards.
