Can anyone else in this forum address the issue with VPN blocking our videos when it is enabled? Again, try this example from a Mobile Device, with your VPN enabled: https://www.besthomegear.com/video/ego-electric-riding-mower/
This or any other video on our site will not open for us. But if you disable VPN, they all open.
Since nearly 70% of all mobile users employ VPN as we do, this is a huge issue, so we appreciate any guidance using Tagdiv “mobile friendly” theme.

Thanks for the reply. I have been holding off on the 12.7.1 update as bugs often take time to work out with Tagdiv. I just installed 12.7.1, which updated composer. It appears Tagdiv fixed their vulnerability issue now.

You keep saying you will investigate further (both of our forum messages), but no reply that the issues are being addressed.??

We did not indicate that the 2nd vulnerability warning was Admin. Bar plugin, we received this message (same as Wordfence warning) from Jetpack (owned by WordPress). Have you done anything to address this issue, affecting all users?

Now we have a second critical warning, same as from Wordfence but this time from Jeptack (owned by WordPress). I think you should escalate your investigation.

Thank you for your quick reply. However, there is no mention of a remedy to fix no-load videos when viewing our site in MOBILE with VPN enabled. Videos in Mobile only open when a user’s VPN is Disabled. Since 69% of users use VPN for mobile devices, this is critical.
Thanks again for directing us towards a setting(s) to remedy the VPN issue with your theme.

My Post settings look nothing like your screenshot, showing General, Smart list, Reviews. – no such thing.
Are you perhaps showing a Gutenberg post here? We went back to Classic Editor…

Just upated wordpress to 6.8 today no issues. Before I install Tag Div Newspaper ver 12.7 are you all set with bugs/fixes for this version?

Been waiting on 12.7 update due to all the forum complaints…

Hi Anamaria,

The social icon bar is now at the bottom of every post, X, Pinterest, Facebook, etc. I dragged it from top to bottom, using Edit Composer.

We know how to add or delete social icons in the theme panel.

We don’t know how to manipulate the social icons bar around the page. I.e., top, bottom, or create a sticky (floating) social bar on the left or right margin. Other than drag and drop in Edit Composer.

it may in fact be that I DID add the overall post rating code, see here, but there is no visible indication on the post, after clearing cache??
and again, nothing shows in the left column of the classic editor under “Posts” like your images show.

also, if it matters, i use Classic editor not Block editor.

Thanks for the reply – I followed all your steps, but when i “Click” on single post Overall Rating Review – the text greys out, but nothing happens.
am i supposed to create a box somewhere on the page before it inserts the code??
also, will this code than be achieved “Site wide” for all my posts (my intent)

Thanks – I extended server credentials for login for 24 hours, which expires tomorrow which is 6 days from the request for help. Also, 6 days since tagdiv composer went down.

11/18/23 Update: Was able to fix the “About Page” which was corrupted somehow by tagdiv composer, by restoring (backup) at server to 11/13/23.

I still cannot edit ANY posts from the WP classic editor, which deliver broken page at edit/update, every time. Need help from your tech support on Monday am please.

Updates:
Clarification: We have not made any modifications to the Tagdiv Composer before or after this issue began.
1) My About page currently redirects to a random post, very slowly, but the URL is the “About page”?
2) We are unable to edit any pages or posts in WP editor. When we attempt to we get redirected to a page like this.
3) Essentially our site is shut down for any editing. We have confirmation from your tech support they were to look at my WP admin settings, in regards to AMP + Mobile theme plugins not functioning correctly, so this matter is more urgent. Please ask them to contact me by email Monday am, and i can give them temporary access to my Admin. My developer can find no determination for issues with the theme settings.

Since I don’t understand the comment “fixed by looking at console” then yes need help fixing it by email – whatever that entails.
Again I can easily provide you a temp password to gain access to the WordPress admin where you can see what I’m up against regarding Mobile theme (AMP) changes not working or updating properly.

I followed your screenshot images and instructions Exactly.
However, when I enable “AMP’vs. AMP + Mobile the pages just spins as its loading, but will not stop cursor spinning, same as my attempts before.
anyway you or someone could check my settings if I provided WP admin. temp access?
