For changing background color and moving the badge to the left corner you need to write a css custom code.
You can easily add this code if you access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:
.woocommerce ul.products li.product .onsale {
top: 0;
right: auto;
left: 0;
background-color: red;
}
For background-color you can choose whatever color you need for the background badge color.

Can you provide me more details about your problem then I can help you.
If you use a Pro Demo you can easily modify the page, header, or footer using TagDiv Composer, find the email and replace it.

Unfortunately, for now, you can only import blank templates and you have to add your own content. In the future we will provide more default templates and also the possibility to convert desktop templates into mobile templates.

The menu sticky option does not make the main header to be sticky if you don’t have some elements inside it.
Please try to enable sticky menu which will create a new zone and insert some elements into the empty sticky header and let us know about your results!

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
