If you are using the Newspaper Pro demo which has cloud templates for posts, categories, etc, then the modifications made in the theme fonts section of the theme panel will not be applied on these templates.
The solution for your problem is to edit a post with TagDiv Composer, select the element called Page Title and modify the font down there. When you modify a post like that, all your posts using that template will reflect the changes.

This link which you provide me is not working.
There are 2 options here:
1. If you want to set up an URL and you use the default footer templates, then you can access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks and find the Twitter section and paste your URL there.
2. Or if you use cloud templates, then go to your front page, edit it with TagDiv Composer, go to the footer section, find the social element, edit it and there you can find out the Twitter label and paste your URL there.

My suggestion is to upload bigger images and then you can make smaller images with better quality.

For changing the hover title background color you need to write a css custom code.
You can easily add this code if you access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:

background-color: red;
}
For background-color you can choose whatever color you need for the hover title background color.

When you edit a post, look for Post Settings. There is a setting called Primary Category and you can choose from that dropdown which one you want.
Please note that WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin also includes a ‘Primary Category’ option which is different from the one our theme provides. This feature will only add the ‘Primary Category’ name in the permalink structure and will not affect category tags, breadcrumbs or post settings.

When you want to install a demo without content, you need to switch this option first https://www.screencast.com/t/Vxs3u45rp5pb and the toggle will change from “Include content” to “Design only”. After this you can press the button “Install”.
This option you can find it when you access Newspaper->Install demos.
