Please do not interfere in topics created by someone else, as it is impolite. (Yes, I did it now as well to get your attention.)
Typically, before going to the forum, you should try out all the suggestions provided here first https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
@alex I have read your topics with interest, where you report issues, but you also come to request certain custom things.. okay, all good, but have you extended the support or are you just waiting to receive everything for free? I would like a system to be implemented so that only those of us who extend support have access to the forum
I hope you’re joking that you don’t know how to inspect the browser, especially since there are so many tutorials you can watch without coming here to ask stupid questions.
@fariborzmorshedi If you didn’t understand the instructions given by the tagdiv team, let me tell you that this theme is not for you. (I don’t work here; I’m just a satisfied customer with this fabulous theme and @simchris can confirm this as well.)
I see many frustrated people here, but I guess you have not extended the support, but still beg for support, what shamelessness on your part
It appears that you are not paying attention to the details because it is very evident that the issue existed in versions lower than 4.0, and that it was resolved in version 4. =)))
On the one hand, I understand you, but on the other hand, I don’t, because you bought the theme once and have been using it since then, and you had support, even if I think maybe only half bought to extend the support, I’m using 100 licenses without any problem, but that’s how we are, when something is well done, we don’t come to thank them for continuing to develop this theme, and that everything is free, even if you bought it now or 5 years ago. I’m sure each of you makes money from the site where the theme is used. Haha =))
I’m sorry to intervene, but I don’t think it’s right to make the support team feel inferior, because they will do their best to help each of us, regardless of whether we have an active support period or not. The majority have not extended the support period and still ask for support. It would be nice to have a filter and have access only to those who have the active support period, not everyone who pays once 60$ and that’s it, they don’t contribute anymore.
The theme has many options and functionalities, which are not present in other themes, where you may have to pay for plugins, which are recurring payments.
