Hello,

Please check the theme panel under sub-footer settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/p9Y25jjb

Hello,

It probably means the homepage has some code that prevents the proper functionality of the theme. You will have to recreate the homepage on a brand new page in such cases.

Thank you!

Hello,

It is an implementation needed for the tagdiv composer. If the plugin is active on your site, the code will be present. It is for the live css edit inside the tagdiv composer page builder.

Thank you!

Hello,

How is your homepage built? If you use blocks in the page builder, note that you can sort each block individually using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Thank you!

Hello,

The solution is presented in the guide you posted: https://www.screencast.com/t/s7OdOB4pE
There is nothing to be done from the theme side unfortunately.

Thank you!

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

Our theme does not have any such features. It can only be made with custom modifications of the theme code. Sorry but there is no simple solution I can provide for the background or for the ads you mention. We do not have a customization department so we cannot offer such services.

Thank you!

Hello Erik,

The reviews do not have any settings to move them to a different place inside the content. If you want to place them at the very beginning you will have to move the code for the reviews corresponding to each template you use: https://www.screencast.com/t/galp7Oxl

Thank you!

Hello,

There is a smart list end shortcode you can use from the post shortcode section: https://www.screencast.com/t/0bLfvf2Now
The smart list does not offer seo advantages over a standard post. It only serves styling your content.

Thank you!

Hello,

1. Please use word spacing if you do not filter the excerpts based on letters. The theme excerpts need to be cut by letters or words. If you cut them by words, and do not use spacing between letters, they will think it is a single word and cannot cut it properly.

2. Please check your fonts section under modules. Change the font size for the module selected for the search: https://www.screencast.com/t/ucqluGlfrFqg

3. For the moment the tagdiv composer elements can only be changed with css.
Try this custom css in the theme panel-> custom code section and change it to the font you would like to use:

.td_block_text_with_title p{
font-family:tahoma;
}

Thank you!

The mega menu will not show custom post types. If you have events and not standard posts, they will not show up in the mega menu properly. The mega menu was only designed to show posts. If you need to show other post types in the menu, then you cannot use the mega menu option.

Thank you!

Hello,
The function you use is to replace strings of text, not html markup. Html is replaced differently.
Try this method instead: https://www.inboundhorizons.com/filter-replace-html-wordpress-content-loop/
We have not tested it though.

Thanks.

Hello,

I cannot recreate this issue on my end. Your logo is 132×42 http://www.interestinganswers.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/132×42-1.png
If i test with this size, on header style 6 the logo will be: 138 x 48
Please check any image optimization plugins you may use and disable them for testing purposes.

Thanks.

Hello,

You can import pages into the tagdiv composer even if previously built with another page builder but in most cases you will face issues of shortcodes and with elements specific to that page builder. The elements will still have to be replaced with tagdiv composer element for the page to look ok.

No matter if you use 2 page builders alternatively, some elements break dues to the code implementation of both page builders ta the same time. Simply keeping them active and not using any of theme will result in incompatibility and break the layout in some cases.

You simply create a new page as you want it to be adding elements in the page builder and then set it as a homepage in the wp settings. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

Thank you!

Hello,

Do not use raw html for shoprtcodes. Use a column text element and place the shortcode in text mode. Use the tiny mce editor on the column text element exactly as you would insert the shortcode in posts.

Thank you!

Hello,

I understand. In this case, you simply have to remove the home link from the them panel like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/l9xx5FX1
There is no simple way to replace the home link so it’s easier to just remove it.

Thank you!

Hello Stephan,

If you want to remove the code affecting iframes, you can do it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/YCeOneDG
But you can also re-write the code for your particular iframe so you will not affect others as well.
Please provide a link to your post so we can inspect the iframe.

Thanks.
