Sorry but our theme ad system does not feature such functionality. You can maybe try a few ad plugins that can provide these features. I cannot recommend any though as we have not tested ad plugins with our theme.

You will need to use a custom footer design if you want t move things around. In the current version there is a possibility to use a page as a footer if you install the new multi-purpose plugin. The theme does not control the information displayed by Google in SERP, it depends on Google if stars rating is displayed or not.

When you make major changes in site’s HTML structure, like switching from one theme to another, Google crawler needs some time until will understand the new structure and some information may not be displayed for a while. Smart lists can be paginated based on each individual item, not by clusters of item. sorry.
If you want such a functionality you can create standard posts and make the pagination using the nextpage tag of WP after the menu item you want.

Sorry but our theme does not handle feeds or in-feed ads. There are no settings or features in our theme that can place in-feed ads. You will have to search for plugins that can offer such a functionality.

Regarding your first reply, implementation needs time to be done properly. You cannot do it overnight otherwise we will face the consequences. The AMP implementation should be ready for the next update but I cannot promise as any step along the way, there could be a ‘wall’ that will need extra work to overcome.
