Hello,
That is not a page. It is a file. A php file. You access it via ftp on your server
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot say for sure because starting from the current version the minified version of js is used by our theme. We have not tested assync with our theme js so I can’t say for sure. I assume you are doing this with a plugin so please note that the only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are as follows:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks.
Hello,
No, the theme should not reset activation in that process. The activation should be a 1 time deal. Please also disable all plugins before switching demos and then test to see if the activation is still reset. If it is, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, a link to your site and ftp access so we can investigate
Thank you!
I think you resolved it as I can no longer see the block. I think it was the latest articles section that is provided by the page template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
When using visual composer, please make sure you disable the tagdiv composer plugin.
If you want to hide a row, you cna do it from the column settings on each column in particualar under responsive options:
https://www.screencast.com/t/yfJZH8xuztV
Thank you!
Thank you for your suggestion.
Unfortunately you cannot allow just specific parts of the theme for certain user roles. In our theme you can either grant full theme options availability or none at all. It is not an easy task to allow just post theme settings for a user role. It can be done through coding if you have the proper coding skills but it will not be an easy task. if you do not have the proper skills for it, you can hire a freelancer to help out with the needed code.
Thank you!
Hello,
Both our themes were tested up to php 7.1.0 Php has versions up to 7.1.9 at this point but we only tested up to 7.1.0.
Both our themes are fully compatible with php 7.1.0 but there could be other parameters influencing this on your end. We do not have complaints about any version of PHP at this moment but please understand there are a ton of server configurations that can influence the proper functionality of the theme. If you suspect the php version, try a few of them out as cpanel allows you in most cases to change the version very easily. It could not be the php version at all, there could be limitations to your host, bad file permissions, blocked files on your install, etc.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello,
Please check the wpml settings as it is a very complex plugin. You will find all of the theme fields in the wplm settings under here: https://www.screencast.com/t/DvZ8tStcO7A
You will have to search through the theme fields under td_010
Thank you!
Hello,
The ajax search will have to be removed from the js files as there is no setting to remove it from the theme panel. Unfortunately the theme js is minified. You will have to search and remove the code for the tdAjaxSearch
In order to make sense of minified code you can use http://jsbeautifier.org/
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but you will have to provide more details to this request so we can better understand how to help.
Thank you!
Hello,
Plugin conflicts and improper optimization usually leads to a js error that breaks the images. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello,
Yes, try to enter the purchase code again and make sure the theme is properly active by checking the system status screen here: https://www.screencast.com/t/X2BHm8Zp
Please also use this guide for the system status parameters to ensure the proper functionality of the theme. https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
OK,
Please provide more details to what that code is and what it’s supposed to do. And what code for the tag pages do you need. What do you want to achieve?
Thanks
Hello,
The css for each menu item underline looks something like so:
.sf-menu > .menu-item-312 > a:after{
background-color:red!important
}
Thank you!
Hi,
Please access your menu section of WordPress and inspect each menu item. In the URL section you can add any url you want. By default depending on the demo used, these fields will have a # added to them. Remove the # and add your own custom link.
Thank you!
In this case you will need to make a few more adjustments for the proper functionality of wp and the theme. Please read these guides:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/
https://css-tricks.com/moving-to-https-on-wordpress/
https://yoast.com/dev-blog/move-website-https-ssl/

Thank you!
Hello,
This actually depends on how you created your content. If you edited the dummy data that came with the lifestyle magazine demo and used the demo content as your own, then it will get removed. Fortunately you can simply create copies of the pages as only the original pages will get removed, not the copy you make.
If you did not edit the dummy data, then you have nothing to worry about and can install another demo without issues as the content you create by adding new pages, new posts, etc. will not get removed when switching demos.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable this option in the category settings global options:

Thank you!
Hello,
Maybe you are looking for a block sorting solution and this guide could help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Please provide more details to your request if this is not what you mean.
Thanks
Hello,
I understand now, but the meta fields you mention are not added by our theme. They are added by seo yoast. Unfortunately there is no solution we can provide in this regard as we have not tested any such implementation. You will have to search for a yoast solution online or hire a freelancer to help out with the customization.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can try to use an ‘image box’ element and remove the overlay with this css:
.td_block_image_box .td-custom-image a:before{
display:none;
}
Here is an example of the results:
https://www.screencast.com/t/6eGUAu9yC5Z and https://www.screencast.com/t/wRVBWkom
Make sure you select the stretch row and content option by accessing the row settings.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you mean the author profile, then you will have to add target=_blank to the link by altering the theme code. Here is a refference to the html https://www.w3schools.com/TAGs/att_a_target.asp
You will have to edit the theme code in order to be able to open author links in another tab: https://www.screencast.com/t/MH4bFttuMf
Thank you!
Hello,
From the wp settings, when you want to create a link and have it open in a new tab, simply press the little cog wheel revealing the link options: https://www.screencast.com/t/xDg9CT8xcyb You will then find an option to make the link open in a new tab.
Thank you!
Hello,
1) There is an image creating that space there added by the cookies-for-comments plugin.
2) Your sidebar is using the defualt open sans font and your content uses the palatino font. Please make sure you change all of the fonts in the fonts section of the theme panel.
As an alternative, you can add this code in your theme panel-> custom css box:
.td_block_list_menu li{
font-family:Palatino Linotype;
}
Thank you!
