Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

If the problem is still there, try to reinstall the theme as your file structure could be damaged. Please create a back-up beforehand though.

Hello,
You can change it if you have the proper coding skills. It will not be an easy modification to get the top menu inside the main menu container for mobiles. There is no easy way around it. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out with the modification as we cannot provide any solution in this regard.
Thank you for your understanding.
OK,
Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

Hello,
Yes, you seem to have gotten it with the ajax filter. The ajax filter is to show extra categories in that block. but they have no immediate tie to the posts that are filtered on the first view.
For the second request, you can only use inclusion. The ajax filter does not support excluding categories. You will have to add the ones you want shown.
Thank you!
Hello,

Hello,
You can use an author box element as many times as you want. Simply use the page builder and place multiple author boxes on that page, sorting a different author for each one.

Hello,
You are confusing the filter with the ajax filter it seems. The filters you apply to the block, applies only to the posts shown in the block, not to the menu you can see above the posts. That is a different menu called an ajax filter. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
You can find the ajax filter options in the same block settings but under a separate tab.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details so we can better understand how you sorted the block. Please post a screenshot of the block settings you use and an link to your site.
Thank you!
The width is controlled by the theme. The height is dynamic based on the aspect ratio of the image. Only the width is relevant as the height is going to scale down to the width ratio.
Thank you!
Hi,
In order to have access to the reviews, a contributor needs access to the entire post settings and theme panel as well so if this is something you need, try to use a role manager and give the permissions you need to the contributors from the plugin settings. It is easier than editing the theme core files and having to re-make the modification after each update because it will not work through a child theme.
Thank you!

Hello,
It is up to you if you want to use the patch or not. Usually the patch is used if you made modifications in the theme files. If not you can simply use this simple method to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately adding another column to the footer is very difficult because our theme grid only allows 3 columns. You will need to change the entire theme layout and grid system in order to properly implement a 4’th column anywhere in the theme. Unfortunately we will not be able to help with the modification. You will need to hire a freelancer/developper to help out.
Thank you!

Hello,
If you want an ad to show up in posts, you will have to add it in the article ads section. If you add it in the custom ad 1 section, you also need to specify where the ad should be used. That is done through the page builder. Please read this guide and all section of the ad s documentation for clarification on the whole ad system:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
No matter what size you upload your image in, footer style 5 will always show the image in 231 px width. That is the size used for the footer logo. Having a very big image uploaded will only cause the page loading speed to drop.
Thank you!
Hello,
The height can be adjusted from the font settings. Please change the font line-height like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/MleXZtWuq
You cna do this for the main menu as well, for the footer menu, or for other elements.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually there should be a space up there because the theme has spacing between elements by default. You can see this on our demo here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Please check your custom code or plugins that can alter the css. Or maybe a particular style added to that block in the sidebar. It is hard to say if I cannot inspect the element with the browser inspector.
Try to first check custom code, plugins and css added for the block.
Thanks.
