Hello,
The block titles can be changed from the block settings. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
If the widgets are on pages you will have to edit the page in visual composer and press the pencil icon for each block and change it’s title.
If the sidebar is on posts or categories you will have to access the widgets area of WordPress and change the titles for the blocks from there.
Thank you!
Buna ziua
Multumesc.
Hi,
You probably inserted it in the google analytics section. If you implement a google code, make sure you include the < script > tags as well. I’m not sure about google news though. This usually happens with google analytics.
Thank you!
Hi,
Is the plugin active? Did you check your system status? The plugin code needs to be changed and the id’s discovered using the provided function. If the function cannot find your id’s, you can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and speedbooster and check again. Plugins could interfere even though you remove the compatibility code from speedbooster.
Thank you!
Hi,
They work fine on our end. Please try again or try from a different machine. The links work just fine now.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the official woocommerce documentation for any woo plugin related requests https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee this method will actually work or not. Our theme does not handle the og image, but rather seo yoast does.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
The guide you mention points to this link:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/opengraph/using-objects
As it recoments you will have to place the snippet in the head section of the site, meaning here: http://screencast.com/t/iEW0qFY3oej
We did not test this so I cannot say for sure your likes will be back though.
Thank you!
Hello,
The post style 7 image container has a set height of 700 pixels. Luckily it can be changed with css to any size you want. Here is an example:
.td-post-template-7 .td-post-header{
height:900px!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello,
You should be looking in the translation section in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/xzkkn8i8P
No coding requirement for changing this element’s name.
Thanks

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If the issue is still there please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate. Please also provide a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Hi,
Unfortunately we have no eta on this fix., Sorry. We added it to our list and we will fix it as soon as we can. Currently we are working on the next update and we will try to fix as many issues as we can. Hopefully we will be able to fix this as well.
Thank you for your understanding.
Glad you managed to do it!
Best of luck on your project!
Hello Jiom,
Well, we have nothing against it, only that you will probably have a hard time updating your theme, as the modifications involve editing lots of files as each theme element needs to be adjusted to the new width. This might cost you more than you payed for the theme unfortunately as custom work is not cheap.
You will be better off using other sizes than editing the entire content to serve 738 px ads.
Another alternative would be not to use sidebars. If you do not use a sidebar there will be enough space to show the ad size you mention.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can see any element’s class using the browser inspector. Here is a brief guide on how to use it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
I’m not sure which left you are referring to though there is a quote left, quote box left or pull quote left.
Here are the classes for each one:
.td_quote_left{}
.td_box_left{}
.td_pull_left{}
Thank you!
Hello,
They appear to be exactly as you describe: blockquote and paragraph below it: http://screencast.com/t/i0pD5YiCb
Sorry but I cannot see the issue. Try a different machine or different browsers.
Thanks.
Hello Pietro
Apart from the thumbnails I could not see any issue. Please use this guide to fix the thumbs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/strange/ and make sure you do not add the featured image inside the post content as well if you use a template that will show the featured image:
If the double image is not added as featured and as an embedded image, it could be an external issue from jetpack’s photon maybe or another image optimization tool. In any case, we recommend using the latest version of the theme. We are now at 7.5 ^.6 is pretty old and we cannot guarantee it;s compatibility with the current version of wordpress and pluins
Thank you!
Hi,
Well the code is in the top right corner in the second screenshot. You will have to change the padding from 15 to the number that provides the best result on tablets (portrait and landscape)
Paste the code in each advanced css box and then change the padding for the tablets version
Thank you!
Hi,
If you only want to have 1 category on the block you can simply pick it from this dropdown: http://screencast.com/t/Y8RUUCR6CPP
If you want 2 categories to show, leave that dropdown to “all categories” and place 2 category id;s in the Multiple categories filter. If you want to have all but 2 categories for example, leave the category filter on all and then add 2 category id;s with a minus in from of them in the multiple categories filter. You can basically sort exactly the category that you want whether its a single one, multiple ones added or multiple removed.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but there is no such setting in the mobile theme. The mobile theme will not use infinite loading or a load more. If you require these option we suggest switching to the responsive version of the theme as the mobile theme plugin will not use any special type of pagination.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately there is no such list I can provide. The simplest way of determining this is to do a search through the theme code for the userAgent like so: http://screencast.com/t/LyWdj6yiPDY5
We have no list of all the places it has been used. Sorry.
Thanks.
Hi,
Well I cannot provide any solution until you activate the elements. Please activate them and let us know and I will provide the proper css (if possible) to remove the spacing.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems you did not regenerate thumbnails after switching themes. Please use this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Please also make sure all your thumbnails are active in this section of the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/KXLeJg81
Also please try to remove any image optimization tools such as photon or other plugins related to images as they could interfere in the theme grabbing the proper thumbnail.
Thank you!
Hello
Sorry but the only tested and approved plugins to use with our theme are these ones: http://screencast.com/t/Akk4rSc2v
We have not tested Frontend Publishing Pro. We only recommend using the media library of WP to upload images, not external plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme does not use the like button you can see on the desktop theme. It was removed from the mobile theme. You will have to use the standard responsive version of our theme. The option was removed as it could not work with the mobile theme implementation.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
