Problems after update to 8.1,I need help - reply

Hi
Think’s your reply.
I try to make a my backup clean WP4.8 and install only the tagdiv plugins. then,active ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’ ,All work OK.

when I delete all above. and try to make a new clean install Wp4.8.1 and newspaper8.1,and active ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’ ,the mobile menu still not work.

all above the same mysql data.

any idear try to ?!

I do this:
1)I setup setp follow

no plugin Seo by Yoast.

2) dell plugin ‘Disable Google Fonts’ and Upload ‘Newspaper 8.1’

Clear all the caches,but erro still.

what i can do? new upload wordpress4.8.1?!
