Thanks. This is a fresh install of 9.8 in a new staging directory — the old version of the theme and its plug-ins were never installed there. Any other ideas?

Same issue for me. Posts that would have shown a couple of hundred FB likes before are now showing 0. This is not a trivial issue and needs to be fixed.

All right, I’ve purchased additional support for this product, something I didn’t expect to have to do to get a reply to my question as a long-time user of your theme, and one whose newspaper was featured for a couple of years in your ‘Showcase’.
